Our thoughts create our feelings.
Our moods and our attitudes grow from our thoughts.
Thinking is a skill. Skills, by definition, can be learned, but most of us rarely think about our thinking.
Who taught you to think? Did you learn deliberately or by accident? Are your thoughts helping you to create the life you want?
How do I know that you can learn this? I know, because I have used these tools myself to create a decided difference in how I feel and how I live. I suffered from anxiety and depression for 20 years, until I found my way out more than a decade ago. These tools are powerful but simple to use.
Yes, you can learn to think better.
If I can do it, you can, too!
How do you feel right now?
